SAGE is hiring a Development Engagement Manager to manage regional fundraising and engagement events, support major-gift fundraising, cultivate and steward mid-level donors, conduct donor research, support board fundraising, and coordinate communications for the Chief Development and Communications Officer. The role requires 3–5 years of nonprofit development project management experience, knowledge of LGBTQ+ diversity, equity, and inclusion, and proficiency with Microsoft software; Salesforce experience is preferred. It is a full-time, exempt position with approximately 35 hours per week, remote or hybrid work at SAGE’s New York City headquarters, and a salary of $86,000.
