Description
The Development Engineer will develop and manage serial-production changes and problem-solving for seatbelt products, including customer design changes, internal improvements, commercial change validation, value engineering, quality and continuous-improvement initiatives, drawing and BOM updates, supplier discussions, validation plans, and technical team leadership. The role supports customer-focused engineering from concept through production launch and collaborates with internal teams, business stakeholders, customers, and Autoliv assembly plants. Candidates need mechanical engineering or related education, advanced English skills, and 2–5 years of automotive product design or engineering experience.
