Autoliv is hiring a Development Engineer to lead the technical assessment, validation, and implementation of design changes for production seatbelt systems. The role manages engineering drawings, BOMs, technical documentation, supplier coordination, customer-facing product development, and DV/PV validation testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams from concept through production launch. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, 2 to 5 years of automotive industry experience, knowledge of GD&T, SPC, and engineering specifications, and experience with root cause analysis and 8D corrective action.
