Description
The Heatcell Technical Lead serves as the technical authority for Heatcell development, providing system-level engineering guidance, driving robust and innovative solutions, establishing engineering standards, leading investigations and risk assessments, and mentoring engineers. The role supports international projects, contributes to technology roadmaps and continuous improvement, and strengthens organizational technical capability. It requires an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering discipline, extensive Heatcell and HVAC engineering experience, strong knowledge of standards and regulations, and proven technical leadership and mentoring ability.
