Covestro is hiring a Product and Process Development Engineer for its Specialty Films subdivision to develop modified and new grades of TPU, polycarbonate, and film and sheet products, including multi-layer and cast-on-carrier products. The role leads development projects, supports capital-investment projects, translates customer requirements into commercially viable technologies, develops new TPU-film applications, and provides technical service to customers. It requires an engineering degree with relevant professional experience, with chemical or plastics engineering experience and DOE software familiarity preferred.
