Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is hiring a Development Engineer to report to the Product Development Engineering Lead. The role leads technical and schedule aspects of projects and products from concept through development, qualification, and production, including technical data packages, 3D conceptual models, design trade studies, customer and supplier coordination, requirements management, compliance, risk assessment, and cross-functional project coordination. Candidates need a BS or MS in engineering, project or design experience, technical leadership, GD&T and SolidWorks skills, DoD security clearance eligibility, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
