Description
The Development Engineer - Cutting Elements will develop cutting elements for grooming and beauty appliances from concept through mass production. The role involves translating requirements into technical specifications, designing functional and manufacturable mechanical components, leading development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting DFMEAs, and releasing components for production. The position requires at least two years of product development experience, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, proficiency in 3D CAD, and familiarity with precision mechanics, strength and stiffness analysis, and experimental methods.
