Description
Renishaw is hiring a permanent, full-time Development Engineer in Wotton under Edge to develop and optimise manufacturing and metrology solutions for high-value consumer electronics customers. The role involves delivering customer measurement and process control solutions, designing and manufacturing bespoke fixturing and work-holding systems, supporting projects from CAD design through assembly and supply, and maintaining the in-house development area. Candidates need engineering education or equivalent experience, manufacturing experience, CAD/CAM proficiency, GD&T knowledge, problem-solving ability, manual dexterity, and strong communication skills. The position offers up to £40,000 depending on experience and a hybrid working arrangement.
