Wieland is hiring a Development Engineer to lead development and technology projects focused on heat transfer, thermal-system design, measurement, and optimization. The role translates customer requirements into product solutions, provides technical consulting, coordinates projects with product management, process engineering, suppliers, and customers, and supports global product development in an international environment. Candidates need a degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field, a doctorate, expertise in process and plant engineering, thermodynamics, or heat transfer, programming skills preferably in Python, and strong English and international collaboration skills.
