The role focuses on developing and optimizing polymer and elastomer formulations for extrusion and coating applications, qualifying raw materials and additives, conducting laboratory, pilot-scale, and production trials, analyzing process and quality deviations, and supporting serial production and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, polymer technology, or chemistry, along with professional experience in plastic or elastomer development, preferably in the automotive sector.
