REFORM is hiring a Development Engineer – Design/Construction in Dorfen, Germany to design and develop municipal equipment carriers, cemetery excavators, and mounted equipment; size and integrate hydraulic systems; maintain CAD drawings and bills of materials; and coordinate with testing, production, and customer service. The role requires mechanical engineering or vehicle technology training, design experience, CAD proficiency, and a hands-on workshop mindset, with Solid Edge, Teamcenter, and SAP experience helpful.
