Akkodis is seeking a Development Engineer for Electrical Engineering and FPGA work in the defence industry at its Kassel location. The role develops electronic assemblies, devices, and systems; designs and optimizes Xilinx UltraScale FPGA designs using Verilog and HLS; creates C drivers and hardware-near software for bare-metal and Linux environments; prepares specifications and technical documentation; and supports system engineering, integration, verification, commissioning, and production readiness. The position requires an electrical or comparable engineering degree, several years of electronic-systems experience, FPGA expertise, and strong German and English skills, and is available immediately through employee leasing with an option of transfer.
