DIS AG is placing a permanent Development Engineer for Communications Technology in Ulm to develop and simulate wireless communication waveforms, implement signal-processing algorithms on ARM microcontrollers, RTOS, and Linux, develop C++ software, create automated tests and technical documentation, and support verification, integration, and fault analysis. The role requires a degree in communications engineering or a comparable qualification, experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and digital signal processing, knowledge of modems, protocols, and waveforms, strong C++ and Python skills, embedded Linux experience, willingness to travel, and readiness for a security clearance process level Ü2.
