ENGINNXT is hiring a Development Engineer for Control and Automation Engineering to design, configure, develop, commission, optimize, and validate CNC, motion-control, PLC, servo, and safety systems for high-precision machines. The role covers control-loop design, machine-function development, user interfaces, testing, and collaboration with mechanical, software, and electrical engineering teams. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or comparable state-certified technician qualification, several years of relevant experience, practical CNC or motion-control experience, PLC programming knowledge, industrial fieldbus and drive-technology knowledge, and German and English language skills.
