The Development Engineer for Hybrid Microsystems will coordinate and lead complex development and customer projects involving thick-film, LTCC, and PCB hybrid microsystems. Responsibilities include technical development from CAD layout and design through feasibility checks and sampling, defining development requirements, supporting new-product transition to series production, and collaborating with specialist departments and external partners. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, comparable professional experience, electronics and measurement-testing knowledge, layout software experience, and strong communication skills.
