Electrolux Professional Group is hiring a Development Engineer – Heat Pump Systems to join its R&D team and develop next-generation heat pump technology for tumble dryers. The role focuses on planning and evaluating tests, analyzing performance data, troubleshooting technical issues, improving product quality and reliability, and collaborating with design, systems, software, electronics, production, and laboratory teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, several years of hands-on experience with heat pumps, refrigeration, HVAC, or similar thermal systems, laboratory or testing experience, strong analytical skills, and English fluency; Swedish language skills are advantageous. The role requires the legal right to work in Sweden and does not offer work permit sponsorship.
