Description
Rocket Lab is hiring a Development Engineer II to design, build, and qualify fluid systems for the Neutron launch vehicle, including plumbing, hardware, composite and metallic components, test fixtures, and design documentation. The role requires an aerospace, mechanical, or mechatronic engineering degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of experience designing high-performance mechanical systems, CAD proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include composites engineering fundamentals and experience with cryogenic, pressurized, moving-mechanical, fluid, or composites-manufacturing systems.
