Saab is hiring an Explosives Technology Development Engineer to participate in development projects involving explosives technology and pyrotechnics. The role includes planning and conducting firing tests, diagnostics of ignition and combustion processes, experiments with pressure vessels and rocket motors, detonation and sensitivity testing, and the use of advanced measurement techniques. Candidates need an engineering degree or equivalent education/experience, strong collaboration and communication skills in Swedish and English, and preferably experience with explosives, testing operations, laboratory work, measurement technology, or experimental physics. The position requires security protection approval.
