m-tec is hiring a Development Engineer in Neuenburg am Rhein to develop and optimize products and processes for premixed construction materials and fine-grained bulk materials. The role includes development projects, schedule and budget control, CE compliance, testing and prototyping, process engineering, product modification, and support for customer order projects. Candidates need a degree in mechanical or plant engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field, initial professional experience in plant engineering or special-purpose machinery, German and English fluency, and Inventor knowledge is advantageous.
