Description
The role develops materials, processes, and technologies for passive-protection products and independently plans and executes laboratory, environmental, and pilot-production activities. Responsibilities include improving the technology portfolio, creating work and process instructions, supporting serial-production ramp-up, preparing scientific studies, and coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers. The position requires a completed technical university degree, German and English proficiency, willingness to travel, and an independent, structured working style; defense and security technology and manufacturing-automation experience are advantageous.
