AERB Personal GmbH is seeking a Development Engineer (m/f/d) for direct placement in a long-term permanent position in the Ulm region. The role develops test procedures and measurement protocols, plans and conducts tests on test and production systems, sets up measurement technology, programs and optimizes test-bench automation, performs measurements at customer sites, analyzes and documents results, and coordinates with development teams, customers, and suppliers. Candidates need an engineering degree or comparable qualification, several years of experience in a comparable position, measurement and testing technology experience, electrical-industry knowledge, willingness to travel nationally and internationally, and fluent German with good spoken and written English.
