Description
FERCHAU is hiring a Development Engineer (m/f/d) Fluid Technology with Project Responsibility to develop and optimize hydraulic and pneumatic components for agricultural and land-based systems. The role includes technical project leadership, requirement and specification development, CAD integration, testing, simulation, validation, and coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Candidates need a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field, several years of fluid technology development experience, knowledge of root cause analysis and functional safety, technical project management experience, CATIA proficiency, and willingness to travel within Germany and Europe.
