TekniPlex is hiring a Development Manager in Eatontown, New Jersey to lead New Product Development and New Product Introduction projects. The role plans, coordinates, and supervises engineers and staff; manages equipment, facilities, personnel, project milestones, quality, safety, manufacturing methods, documentation, and process improvements; and mentors engineering and other staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science, at least five years of new product development experience, material-science experience in medical polymers and metals, engineering-team management experience, CAD and engineering-tool proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills. The salary range is $130,000 to $150,000, with relocation available to eligible candidates and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement coverage.
