H&T Rechargeable Solutions is hiring a Development Engineer – Manufacturing at its Marsberg site to define manufacturing process concepts, lead supplier selection and technical reviews, and plan and execute acceptance and commissioning activities for discrete-manufacturing systems. The role covers FAT, SAT, validation, ramp-up, capability and verification testing, parameterization, operational readiness, training, handover, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a technical degree or equivalent qualification, relevant discrete-manufacturing and automation experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings, and strong German and English skills.
