Description
The Development Engineer will develop, dimension, and design components, assemblies, and complete systems for manufacturing, including technical documentation. The role covers system requirements, solution and optimization concepts, CAE simulation with MATLAB/Simulink, FEM, or CFD, prototype development, and evaluation of manufacturing, assembly, and serviceability. It also involves selecting sensing solutions and collaborating with internal specialist departments and external development partners. The position requires a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification, at least three years of professional experience in technical product development and sizing, CAD design experience, simulation experience, and strong German and English skills.
