Würth Elektronik ICS is hiring a full-time Development Engineer for plug connection systems and high-current power contacts in Waldzimmern. The role develops and industrializes electrical connection and PCB contact systems, coordinates customer and internal development requirements, supports tolerance analyses and material decisions, plans and evaluates qualification tests and prototypes, and provides technical support to production, quality, suppliers, and internal departments. Applicants need an electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable degree, several years of plug connection system development experience, strong electrical engineering knowledge, and excellent German and English skills. The position offers a flexible working model with mobile office access up to two days per week.
