Quantum Systems is hiring a Development Engineer for its Production Engineering Team to develop and optimize test systems and production processes for drone components and complete systems. The role covers the full development cycle, automated Python test software, test strategies, root-cause analysis, and coordination between development and production. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree or vocational qualification, experience with test systems or manufacturing environments, Python/C# and GUI development skills, basic electronics knowledge, Git experience, and fluency in English and German.
