Description
TekniPlex is hiring a Product Development Engineer-Rubber Products to support the development and commercialization of new rubber products. The role leads product design, costing, development, trial runs, scale-up, documentation, communication, quality and regulatory compliance, and technology transfer to the plant floor. The engineer will also maintain supplier relationships, prepare technical reports, and apply knowledge of rubber, polymer, and elastomer technologies. The position requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of progressive rubber technology experience, analytical and physical testing skills, and familiarity with pilot-scale rubber processing equipment. Compensation is $80,000-$90,000 plus bonus potential, and the employer does not sponsor employment visas.
