Description
Intersect is hiring a Development Engineering Manager to lead civil and structural engineering standards, specifications, design criteria, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement across utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects. The role partners with Development Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Legal, Finance, EPC partners, consultants, and suppliers to improve technical rigor, project delivery, risk management, contracting, and innovation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering or a related discipline, at least seven years of technical civil and/or structural design experience, and two years leading multidisciplinary design processes for utility-scale power projects. The position is based within 60 miles of one of the listed hub locations and offers total compensation of $185,000–$200,000 plus equity and benefits.
