The role owns the product development roadmap, provides technical oversight, drives innovation and continuous improvement, manages product investigations, ensures accurate technical documentation, and aligns engineering with customer and business needs. Candidates need strong technical judgement, temporary works or construction product experience, team leadership ability, commercial awareness, and the capacity to operate at strategic and operational levels.
