SkyWater is hiring a Development Engineering Senior Technician to support semiconductor development work in a foundry environment. The role involves executing engineering experiments, troubleshooting non-conforming materials, maintaining development schedules, building expertise across semiconductor process areas, creating technical documentation, and driving continuous improvement. Candidates need 3–5 years of semiconductor fab or similar cleanroom/manufacturing technician experience or a four-year college degree, basic semiconductor processing knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, C-shift availability, and U.S. citizenship for security clearance. The position offers $27.88–$41.82 per hour and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
