Description
First Solar is hiring a Process Development Laboratory Manager to lead laboratory operations supporting solar cell research, technology development, pilot-process evaluation, and advanced manufacturing. The role directs and develops a team of technicians, translates engineering objectives into technician-executable procedures, improves experimental quality and equipment availability, supports technology transfer, and partners with Process Development, equipment engineering, metrology, EHS, and other teams. Candidates need an engineering or similar technical degree, relevant laboratory experience, and experience leading technicians; the role reports to the Senior Manager of Process Development and offers a hybrid work arrangement with an estimated annual salary of 89,440 to 127,400 USD.
