Description

IgniteAction is looking for an experienced Development Lead/Architect to design and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. The role involves leading feature architecture, ensuring code quality, conducting code reviews, optimizing system performance, and coaching junior developers. Key responsibilities include designing small-to-medium systems, writing clean code, reviewing pull requests, identifying and fixing bottlenecks, and having foundational knowledge of API concepts.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications: Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
Strong ability to drive code quality, mentor developers, review pull requests, and optimize system and application performance.
Foundational understanding of RESTful or GraphQL APIs that are intuitive for other team members to use.
Identifying and fixing bottlenecks, from slow SQL queries to bloated frontend bundles.
Coach and mentor mid-junior developers
Understanding database normalization, load balancing, and basic microservices.
Ability to debug a failing CI/CD pipeline and manage environment variables safely.
Writing unit tests and End-to-End tests as standard practice.
Explaining technical trade-offs to product managers and mentoring junior developers.
