Description

Capio Group is hiring a full-time Development Lead in Sacramento to lead the technical design, development, integration, testing, data migration, release, security, accessibility, and operational support of a large-scale modernization initiative replacing a legacy PowerBuilder and Oracle system. The role manages hybrid Agile delivery, technical resources, risks, security controls, compliance, and accessibility requirements, and requires extensive experience with qualifying software solutions, cloud applications, APIs, databases, workflow engines, and Notary Automation.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or an equivalent field
Required Previous Experiences: At least three years as a Development Lead or similar role on qualifying software solution implementation projects
At least three years managing agile or hybrid agile development on qualifying software solutions
At least three years as a technical team leader overseeing technical staff, resolving defects, and reporting resolutions
At least three years designing and implementing qualifying software solutions with electronic data processing
At least three years developing distributed, multi-tiered cloud-hosted applications
At least three years developing APIs and web services for high-volume transactional systems
At least two years implementing qualifying software solutions with multiple system interfaces
At least five years as a full-stack development lead on qualifying software solution projects
At least five years working with relational and non-relational or non-SQL databases
At least three years developing enterprise-level workflow engines
At least one year of Notary Automation experience
Preferred Qualifications: Industry-recognized certification relevant to the role, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
