Description
Marktlink is hiring a Development Team Lead to lead and coach developers while actively contributing to reliable and scalable software. The role combines people leadership, technical expertise, and process responsibility, including setting technical direction with the Tech Lead and Product Owner, improving agile development processes, conducting code reviews, supporting complex technical work, and ensuring system quality and performance. The profile requires an HBO or WO level, at least five years of development or similar experience, one to two years in a leadership or coordinating role, strong agile, PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Vue, and CI/CD experience, and fluent Dutch and English. Microsoft Azure and product- or platform-team experience are preferred.
