SEL is seeking a Development Lead Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will lead and participate in product design, development, and enhancement across various technical disciplines. This role involves deep understanding of electric power systems, protecting, monitoring, and controlling them, as well as conceiving new product ideas. The engineer will serve as a technical leader on complex projects, modeling and applying SEL values and manufacturing principles. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
