Vital Infrastructure Properties REIT is hiring a Development Manager to advance healthcare real estate developments across Canada. The role leads due diligence, entitlement, municipal approvals, consultant coordination, budgets, schedules, reporting, risk resolution, and project execution, while supporting senior development leadership. Candidates need at least five years of relevant development or related experience, Ontario municipal planning and approvals expertise, project management and analytical skills, and post-secondary education in a relevant discipline. The salary range is $125,000 to $150,000.
