Google is hiring a Software Development Manager for its Agent Registry team, which builds the control plane for Google Cloud, Workspace, and Gemini Agent perimeters. The role leads a software development team, drives technical strategy and system architecture, partners with product and cross-functional leaders, manages project execution, and cultivates a collaborative team culture. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, and experience with large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, technical leadership, and people management. Compensation is CAD 216,000–221,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
