AIA Seattle is hiring a Development Manager to lead fundraising, sponsorship, charitable giving, and membership development for AIA Seattle and its strategic partner, Seattle Design Festival. The role manages sponsor relationships, annual campaigns, individual and in-kind giving, membership recruitment and retention, grant writing, development budgets, and the Development Committee. It also supervises a Development Coordinator and contributes to hiring, planning, and community relationship building. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a stated hourly range of $31.76-$40.78, and offers medical, dental, life insurance, retirement matching, paid leave, and other benefits.
