The ALS Association is hiring a remote Development Manager based in Louisville or Lexington, Kentucky; Ohio; or Western Pennsylvania. The role generates $500,000+ in annual revenue through peer-to-peer fundraising events, corporate partnerships, volunteer committee development, donor cultivation, and territory-wide fundraising activities. Responsibilities include event logistics, budget management, community and corporate partner engagement, and collaboration with event, care services, marketing, and giving teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of relevant fundraising, event, volunteer, public relations, donor, or corporate sponsor experience, and proficiency with donor databases and office software.
