Description
Ambrose is hiring a Development Manager to execute land development, vertical construction, and support acquisitions and dispositions for speculative and build-to-suit industrial and logistics projects. The role oversees land due diligence and entitlements, predevelopment budgets and schedules, design and preconstruction teams, general contractor selection, construction risk mitigation, project reporting, tenant improvements, and turnover. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of commercial real estate development experience, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to read construction drawings and budgets, experience managing multiple projects, and knowledge of entitlement and municipal approval processes.
