Ambrose is hiring a Development Manager to execute land development, vertical construction, and support acquisitions and dispositions for speculative and build-to-suit industrial and logistics projects. The role covers land identification and entitlement, predevelopment budgeting and design oversight, general contractor selection, construction risk management, project reporting, tenant improvements, and assistance with asset acquisitions and dispositions. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of commercial real estate development experience, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to read construction drawings and budgets, experience managing multiple projects, and knowledge of entitlement and municipal approval processes.
