Beale Infrastructure Group is hiring a Development Manager to drive go-to-market strategy, acquisitions, and greenfield development for new hyperscale data centers. The role leads project entitlements, site due diligence, risk management, development and feasibility analysis, utility planning, campus planning, tenant lease negotiations, project schedules, budgets, contracts, stakeholder coordination, and reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of relevant project management, real estate development, or construction experience, and proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office. The full-time position offers a base annual salary of $150,000–$225,000, with possible performance-based bonus and health, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
