Description
The Development Manager leads real estate development from opportunity sourcing through pre-construction and construction commencement. The role manages site selection, feasibility, zoning, permitting, entitlements, budgets, schedules, design coordination, municipal approvals, tenant improvements, and project handoffs to construction, while serving as a liaison among development, construction, asset management, ownership, and external stakeholders. The position also involves evaluating AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve project coordination and decision-making.
