Description

CFP Board is hiring a Development Manager to lead fundraising operations for its nonprofit development program. Reporting to the Director of Development, the role manages donor databases and gift processing, produces donor-facing materials, analyzes fundraising performance, and supports donor cultivation, stewardship, prospect research, and events. The position is based in the Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid schedule and offers a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 plus incentive compensation.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4-5 years of nonprofit development, fundraising operations, and/or donor relations experience
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a related field
Salesforce experience
Writing and editing skills, including proposal and impact report development
Professionalism and ability to work with management, staff, and volunteers
