Citra is hiring a full-time Development Manager to work from its Cape Town head office and manage residential property development projects from inception through completion. The role oversees projects within Citra’s vertically integrated model, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, and requires a relevant tertiary qualification in the built environment, 3–5 years of residential property development experience, financial modelling, and familiarity with data and new technologies.
