Citra is hiring a full-time Development Manager to lead projects from inception through completion in its Western Cape housing development pipeline. The role covers feasibility studies, financial assessments, planning permissions, design development, procurement, construction delivery, budget control, safety and quality compliance, and reporting to executive leadership and investors. Candidates need a tertiary qualification in the built environment and at least 10 years of property development or real estate project delivery experience, with a proven record delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
