Description
Colovore is hiring a Site Development Manager to lead site development and pre-development for new and expanding data center campuses from property acquisition through construction handoff. The role owns entitlements and permitting, off-site and civil infrastructure delivery, incentives and commercial negotiations, development budgets and cost models, consultant management, and risk mitigation. It requires 7+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, and cross-functional coordination with Site Acquisition, Utility, Design & Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations.
