Description
The Community Youth Center of San Francisco is hiring a full-time Development Manager to support fundraising infrastructure, individual giving, donor stewardship, campaigns, events, sponsorships, grant readiness, and donor-facing materials. Reporting to the Director of Development and Communications, the role manages donor pipelines and CRM data, prepares donors for meetings, coordinates fundraising activities, develops campaign and sponsorship materials, tracks revenue and reporting, and partners with programs, finance, and communications. The position requires 2–4 years of nonprofit development or related experience and offers $80,000–$88,000 per year plus benefits.
