DCOH is hiring a residential development project manager in Darwin to lead major residential subdivision projects from feasibility and planning through construction and completion. The role covers development feasibility, financial modelling, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, planning approvals, contract and commercial management, risk mitigation, consultant and contractor coordination, design review, stakeholder relationships, and project reporting. Candidates need tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and at least five years of experience delivering medium to large-scale residential development projects.
